From our humble beginnings in 2006, we have now witnessed the arrival of a dynamic next generation, brimming with vitality and passion.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation request should be made it writing and sent to Secretariat by post or email used for registration.
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST as applicable in all categories of refund.
Any cancellation received before 30th April 2024 will be entitled to 100% refund of the registration amount paid
Any cancellation received from 1st May 2024 to 30th September 2024 will be entitled to 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 1st October 2024.
All refund will be made within 7 days after completion of the conference.
